Ingrid welcomes all enquiries regarding counselling, prayer ministry and her work with Ongoing Change. To make an appointment or enquire if her services may be of assistance to you, please phone 0412 377 948 or email . For further details see below.
All enquiries will be responded to within 24 hours and treated with sensitivity and confidentiality. Ingrid also understands how important it is that you find a counsellor with whom you feel comfortable, therefore enquiring about her services does not put you under any obligation to use them.
Ingrid currently provides counselling services from her home office in Frankston, the details of which will be provided when arranging an appointment. Appointment times are available most weekdays, and to a limited extent weekday evenings and Saturday mornings.
The maximum charge made for counselling services is $60 per hour session with concessions available for those on low incomes or Centrelink payments.
Medicare benefits are not available.
Prayer Ministry is provided from Ingrid's home office free of charge however due to the time commitment required, voluntary donations are welcomed.

Ingrid is also a lead facilitator with the Frankston group of Ongoing Change, an organisation which operates groups for those whose anger concerns them. Groups for men also operate in East Melbourne and Castlemaine. Locations and times are available here. It is anticipated that a group for women will be operating in the near future.
